Hi, I'm Yuki, the owner of Jiji Rescue Cat Cafe.

 

Let me share a little bit about myself.

2018, I lost my sister to cancer. It was a devastating experience, to say the least.

I was with her in her hospital room when she passed away, and it was a moment that changed my life forever. 

Before that, I had been working in the restaurant industry for over 15 years. But after my sister’s passing, I knew I needed to make a change. I wanted to do something I’m passionated, something that would make a difference for something that I love. 

That’s when I decided to open my rescue cat cafe. I studied feline psychology, anatomy, and first aid, and I gained experience working at a cat cafe and pet grooming salon. And now, I’m here, doing what I love every single day. 

Losing my sister taught me that life is short and precious. We never know how much time we have with the people we love, so it’s important to make every moment count. I’m grateful for the experiences that have brought me to where I am today, and I’m excited to continue making a difference in the lives of these rescue cats.
