Book to meet our cats
Everyone is welcome to visit Jiji Rescue Cat Cafe but make sure to book if you want to see our cats! Our sessions are private, so you'll have to wait if you don't have a booking and you might miss out.
Please also arrive 10 mins before your scheduled time. If you're late, you might not get your full session.

How to find us
Find us at: 161B Eastern Valley Way, Middle Cove NSW 2068.
If you need parking, try Covelee Cct, Robert St and Sugarload Cres.
Or, we're a short bus ride from the city (194/207) or 15 minutes from North Sydney (207).
We're also wheelchair accessible! If you're coming with a wheelchair, Covelee Cct offers the easiest access. Please leave a message when making a booking so we can prepare for your visit.

Respect our rules
Because our cats are rescues, they are more sensitive and we prioritise their wellbeing. We ask that everyone who books reviews our rules and policies before entering the cat rooms to ensure a positive experience. We reserve the right to deny access to any who doesn't follow these rules.

At Jiji Rescue Cat Cafe, the wellbeing of our cats is important to us. We reserve the right to deny entry or ask anyone to leave if our rules are not followed.
Help us keep our cats happy & healthy.
1. Follow induction and rules
Please listen when we explain the rules before entering the cat room as we want to minimise any anxiety. We reserve the right to deny entry or ask anyone to leave if our rules are not followed.
2. Respect our cats' natural behaviours
Please do not force interactions or disturb sleeping cats. They are not here for entertainment, our goal is to share a relaxing time together. Remember, cats may be shy around strangers.
There are toys in the room that you can use to entice them. If you're not having any response - call us over, we are experts!
3. No alcohol
Anyone under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted in the cat lounge.

We are not responsible for any lost items, injuries or damages.
A maximum of 6 people per booking is allowed.
Please arrive 10 mins before your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a reduced session time.

Our age limit is 8. No children 7 or under

Children 12 years old and under require an adult supervisor (18 years or older).

One adult can supervise two children.
For example, if there are three children, there must be two supervising adults, one. -
Adult supervisors must accompany children into the rooms

8. Cancellation policy
As all our cat sessions are private, we’re unable to offer refunds or reschedule for cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking.
